Job Description
We are expanding our footprint and seeking self-motivated, entrepreneurial thinking Relationship Executives to join our team.
If you are an experienced Financial Advisor/Relationship Executive seeking to maximise your income and skillset whilst ensuring you have a global support; together with industry-leading products and services, then we want to speak with you.
What do we require?
Minimum 1 year Business/Corporate Banking or financial advisory experience in building and maintaining your own portfolio
Performance driven positive attitude
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales)
Fluency in English
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with market research and analysis
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Networking, relationship-building, and prospecting skills
Adeptness at using social media to generate leads and build relationships
Experience in generating new leads and lead generation techniques would be considered a strong asset
What Do We Offer?
Probationary Period:

Basis: Part-time
KPIs: None
Salary: Commission only (no fixed salary)
Confirmation: Based on eligibility criteria for permanent employment (Minimum 1-3 client acquisitions from the respective segment)

Salary: Fixed salary ranging from AED 36,000 to AED 90,000 per annum, plus an attractive commission structure
