Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Analyst/Senior Analyst for two remote positions as part-time and full-time basis. The  Analysts will be responsible for spreading financial statements, interpreting financial data, and assessing the creditworthiness of clients by evaluating financial, credit, market, and management risks. Additionally, the roles involve extensive research into primary markets and industries, creation of detailed teasers, information memorandums, transactional marketing documents, industry reports, and sectoral analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret financial statements.
• Identify and assess potential financial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare concise credit reports with recommendations.
• Conduct extensive research into primary markets and industries.
• Create detailed teasers, information memorandums, and transactional marketing documents.
• Develop comprehensive industry reports and sectoral analyses.
• Communicate findings to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within SME/Corporate divisions of banks or financial institutions.
• Deep knowledge of credit analysis and financial statement interpretation.
• Strong understanding of financial, credit, management, and market risks.
• Exceptional attention to detail in analyzing complex financial data.
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Clear and confident communication skills with clients.
• Commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or ACCA are a plus.
